Introduction: This machine can apply both roll and sheet materials. Applicable industries: wall panels, wardrobes, cabinets, ceilings, all-aluminum and other home building materials industries. Applicable substrates: carbon crystal board, plywood, calcium silicate board, magnesium oxide board, polymer plastic board, aluminum sheet, foamed board, MDF, particleboard, honeycomb board, multi-layer board, etc. Applicable surface materials: PVC film, PET, PETG, wood grain paper, HPL fireproof board. Suitable for CPL fire-retardant sheets, acrylic, aluminum foil, leather, decorative paper, and other sheets or rolls.

Applicable Adhesive: PUR reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive (environmentally friendly, no volatiles).

2. Dust removal device: Removes dust or small adhering substances from the substrate before adhesive application.

3. Board preheating oven: Preheats the board before adhesive application. Since the adhesive is PUR hot melt, preheating extends the adhesive’s open time.

4. Single-sided adhesive applicator: The heat-conducting oil on the control roller maintains a stable and precise temperature, allowing the hot melt adhesive to function better. Combined with a durable ceramic sweeping roller, it smooths and brightens the adhesive surface, providing a solid foundation for high-gloss material bonding while also saving adhesive.

5. Two sets of roller presses with adjustable pressure, using an unwinding air shaft and magnetic powder brake for film lamination.

6. Aluminum alloy discharge conveyor.
