Product process description:
① Dust-removing oven conveyor: Used to convey the sheets, remove dust from the sheet surface, and preheat the sheets.
② Adhesive film laminating machine: The rolled adhesive film is pressed onto the sheet surface by heated rollers. The remaining film is then wound up by a film winding device.
③ Oven conveyor: Conveys and heats the glued sheets to maintain their temperature.
④ Three-roll laminating machine: Three sets of laminating rollers (heated rollers) laminate the glued sheets.
⑤ Discharge conveyor: Used for discharging and trimming the finished laminated sheets.
