Mechanical Features

● The entire system consists of a robotic template machine, oiling main unit, base material main unit, intermediate material main unit, forming main unit, sanding unit, automatic scribing unit, and a double-station side-shifting plate lifting machine (users can select or customize according to their needs).

● It can produce: Magnesium oxide flat sheets, such as flue boards, central air conditioning ventilation duct boards, cleanroom partition boards, external wall insulation boards, etc.; cement fiberboard; paperless gypsum board. Sanded products: various substrates for walls, floors, furniture, etc.

● The board production line adopts a roller pressing process, integrating automatic feeding, hanging, re-pressing, and cutting into a multi-functional continuous production line. It can produce boards with a length of 2500/3000mm, a width of 1240mm, and a thickness of 3-20mm, with a daily output of 2500-5000 sheets.

● Some key parts use corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean stainless steel materials. A fully stainless steel production line can also be customized.

● The product has a high degree of automation, adopts microcomputer control, is easy to operate, and has stable and reliable performance: it adopts modular design, has a short production and installation cycle, and can be flexibly adjusted according to user requirements.
