1. Wide Load Capacity and Stable Operation: Designed specifically for large-format sheet processing, the maximum processing width reaches 1300mm, adaptable to sheet widths ranging from 300-1220mm, and capable of handling various substrates with thicknesses from 3-60mm, meeting the continuous processing needs of wide-format sheets. The machine body is constructed from widened and thickened integral steel plates, welded and bent, and precision-machined. Equipped with aluminum alloy conveyor rollers and a gear transmission system, it operates smoothly without vibration, capable of supporting heavy-duty large sheets for extended periods without deformation. The front and rear platforms are extended to 3 meters, ensuring stable sheet material handling during feeding and unloading, further improving processing accuracy.
2. Precise Glue Application, Glue Saving and Quality Improvement: Utilizing a roll-coating process with film-on-film adhesive, coupled with a 100% copper-core gluing anilox roller, the glue application is more uniform and compatible with all films, effectively avoiding color difference issues. Compared to traditional sheet gluing methods, it saves more glue consumption. The glue rollers have grooves and baffles on both sides to prevent glue overflow. Some models are equipped with a variable frequency motor-driven glue supply system, which can precisely control the amount of glue applied according to processing needs, reducing the glue cost per square meter to as low as 0.5 yuan, significantly lowering material costs.
3. Tight Bonding and Practical Functionality: Equipped with a dual cleaning process of brush dust removal and air blowing dust removal, it can efficiently remove dust from the substrate surface. Combined with a three-cylinder pressing system and solid silicone pressure rollers, the pressing force can be precisely adjusted, ensuring a tight bond between the film and the substrate, resulting in a smooth, flat surface free of glue marks and bubbles. Some models have dual heating devices for both the substrate and the film, adapting to processing needs under different climatic conditions. They also feature a dedicated air shaft for protective film and an automatic edge trimming device, enabling simultaneous lamination and edge trimming, resulting in neat cuts without damaging the board.
4. Convenient Operation and Controllable Costs: No heating and melting glue system is required, significantly reducing initial investment costs compared to hot glue coating machines. The structure is relatively simple, the glue rollers are easy to clean, and daily maintenance does not require professional operators, greatly reducing maintenance difficulty and costs. Equipped with a CNC operating interface, parameter adjustments are intuitive and clear. Some newer models support servo automatic width adjustment and automatic roll material correction, reducing setup time from 1 hour to 10 minutes, allowing beginners to quickly get started. Feeding speed is infinitely adjustable via frequency conversion, ranging from 3-20 m/min to match different production rhythms.
