This machine can apply “roll-shaped surface materials”.
Applicable Industries: Home building materials industry such as wall panels, wardrobes, cabinets, and ceilings.
Applicable Substrates: MDF, particleboard, honeycomb board, plywood, etc.
Applicable Surface Materials: PVC film, decorative paper, leather, etc.
Applicable Adhesive: Cold glue. The cold glue board flat lamination production line is an automated equipment specifically designed for the surface decoration treatment of boards. Its core function is to laminate PVC film, wood grain paper, decorative fabric, and other surface materials with substrates such as particleboard, MDF, and plywood through processes such as cold glue application, precise bonding, and pressing and curing, forming high-quality, wear-resistant decorative boards widely applicable to furniture manufacturing, interior decoration, cabinet doors, and whole-house customization.
The equipment adopts a modular architecture design, mainly composed of an unwinding device, an automatic glue application system, a precise feeding mechanism, a pressing unit, a cutting device, and a receiving unit. The entire process requires no high-temperature heating, relying on the adhesive properties of a special cold glue to achieve a strong bond between the surface material and the substrate. Featuring compatibility with various surface materials (thickness 0.1-2mm) and different substrate sizes (maximum size 1220×2440mm), this production line boasts high bonding precision, eliminating bubbles and edge warping while preserving the original texture and gloss of the surface. The cold-pressing process prevents substrate deformation due to high temperatures, significantly improving the finished product yield.
The production line supports fully automated continuous operation, seamlessly integrating substrate feeding, adhesive application, bonding, and finished product cutting. Each line requires only 1-2 operators, increasing production efficiency by 8-10 times compared to traditional manual bonding. It also effectively reduces adhesive waste and human error, making it a core piece of equipment for sheet metal processing companies to achieve large-scale, high-quality production.
