● The entire system is automatically controlled by PLC, ensuring a high degree of automation and reliability. It features a touchscreen control interface and a reserved Ethernet interface, allowing for the addition of a central control computer system to better meet diverse requirements.

● The system is equipped with a dual-station side-shift unloading lift, a vacuum suction cup robot, a flipping machine, an auxiliary mold cleaning machine, and an automatic palletizing machine.

● It can automatically receive boards from the unloading machine. The entire production process, including unloading, non-destructive separation of boards and molds, board stacking, board stacking, and mold cleaning and stacking, is fully automated without human intervention. Hourly output is 10,500 square meters.

The automatic flipping machine and suction cup machine configured on this production line enable automatic stacking of blank boards.

● The auxiliary mold cleaning equipment effectively removes residual debris from the molds, reducing the workload of subsequent manual mold cleaning and significantly lowering cleaning costs.
